Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. No long-term contracts or hidden fees.

I use several creative tools to tell mini-narratives, including some that incorporate elements of “AI.” Every project is guided by real storytelling and brand strategy. The tools I use simply help me craft visuals, audio, and ideas more efficiently without losing the human creativity and intentionality that make your brand unique.

Client satisfaction is a top priority. I offer a collaborative revision process to ensure you are happy with your final product. Full refunds are not offered once a project has been substantially worked on, but I am committed to delivering quality every time.
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the custom nature of video and audio production, I do not offer refunds once production has begun. However, I work closely with clients through creative briefs and previews to ensure the final product meets expectations.
